摘 要:为了探究接线空腔对隔爆型电动机爆炸压力的影响,利用防爆测试系统以YBF3-225M-2(660/1140)风机用隔爆型三相异步电动机为试验对象,对其进行甲烷爆炸试验。结果表明:该电动机在旋转状态前端盖点火时接线空腔处的爆炸压力值最大,为0.432 MPa,上升时间为50ms。建议带有接线空腔的隔爆型电动机进行爆炸压力测定时应在接线空腔增设测压点。In order to study the influence of termination compartment on explosion pressure of flameproof motor, the methane explosion test on YBF3-225 M-2(660/1140) flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor for fan was carried out by using the explosion proof test system. The results show that when the motor is rotating and ignition source is in the front cover, the explosion pressure at termination compartment is the largest, 0.432 MPa, and the rise time is 50 ms. Therefore, it is suggested that extra pressure measuring points should be set in the termination compartment when explosion pressure on the flameproof motor with termination compartment is measured.
