摘  要:利用自提取的红薯淀粉,采用反相乳液聚合法制备载药淀粉微球,然后探究其在不同的温度、不同pH溶液、不同的时间段载﹑缓释放阿莫西林情况.基于高效液相串联质谱仪(High Performance Liquid Phase chromatography-Mass Sperctrometer,HPLC-MS)对阿莫西林溶液浓度进行测定,通过浓度的变化,判断载﹑缓释放的最优条件.结果说明该淀粉微球具有一定的缓慢释放性能.最终确定的缓释放条件为:药与淀粉微球质量比1∶5,模拟体内小肠酸性pH=6.864,缓释放时间为2 h后,缓释放量可达到最大.The amoxicillin-loaded starch microspheres are prepared by using the self-extracted sweet potato starch with an inverse emulsion polymerization method,and then the slow release of amoxicillin loaded starch microspheres was investigated at different temperatures,pH solutions and time periods.The change of amoxicillin concentration from amoxicillin-loaded starch microspheres were determined by High Performance Liquid Phase Chromatography-Mass Sperctrometer(HPLC-MS).It was judged that the starch microspheres had a certain slow release performance.The final release condition was as follows:the ratio between the drug and the microsphere of the starch is 1∶5,the acidic pH of the small intestine in vivo is 6.864,the release time of the slow release is 2 hours,and the sustained-release release amount can reach the maximum.
