摘  要:REBCO涂层导体由于其高磁场下优异的载流性能,将是高温超导材料真正实现在液氮温区强电应用的最具希望的超导材料,其制备技术已经成为目前高温超导成材研究热点.在众多的制备技术中,进入实际生产的成熟技术主要有:RABiTS/MOD和IBAD/(PLD、MOCVD、RCE-DC)等技术组合.主要分析了美国、欧洲,以及亚洲国家的涂层导体公司制备的REBCO涂层导体长带的结构、性能以及工艺进展,探讨了涂层导体的关键技术和主要发展趋势.REBCO coated conductors will be the most promising superconducting materials for high-temperature superconducting materials to achieve high-power applications in liquid nitrogen temperature region because of their excellent current-carrying properties under high magnetic field.The preparation technology of REBCO coated conductors has become a hot research topic in high-temperature superconducting materials.Among the many preparation technologies,the mature technologies that have entered the actual production mainly include the technology combinations such as RABiTS/MOD and IBAD/(PLD,MOCVD,RCE-DC)etc.In this paper,the structure,properties and technological progress of REBCO coated conductor tapes prepared by coated conductor companies in the United States,Europe and Asia are analyzed,and the key technologies and main development trends of coated conductors are discussed.
