摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,涉警舆情的现代化治理应坚持党的领导的治理原则,主要体现在思想领导、政治领导、组织领导三个方面,通过党纪铁规加以保障;坚持以人民为中心的治理理念,主要表现为“为了人民”“依靠人民”“成果由人民共享”;坚持舆论安全的治理观念,主要包括确保舆论的传播安全、引导安全和自我更新安全,坚持共建共治共享的治理格局,主要涉及治理主体的次序调整、资源配置的结构优化、利益分配的结构改进。As the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new period,the modern governance of police public opinion should uphold the governance principle of leadership of the party in thought leadership,politics leadership,organizational leadership with the guarantee of the party disciplines,uphold the governance idea of“For the people,On the people,By the people”,uphold the governance concept of public opinion security to insure the transmission security,guidance security,self-renewal security,and uphold the governance pattern of co-building,co-government and sharing including the order adjustment of governing subjects,the structure optimization of resource allocation,the structure improvement of benefit distribution.
