公安院校青年教师培养机制探析

摘　　要：公安教育工作是党和国家教育事业的重要组成部分,在公安工作中处于基础性、先导性、全局性地位。公安院校教育训练质量决定一线公安民警的执法质量,对公安队伍建设也有着举足轻重的作用。公安院校青年教师是公安院校未来发展的中坚力量,应把青年教师培养作为公安院校师资队伍建设的首要内容,针对青年教师发展中存在的问题,逐步探索制定出特色鲜明、成效显著的青年教师培养机制。Public security education is an important part of the Party and the state’s education,and it is in a basic,leading and overall position in public security work.The quality of education and training in public security colleges determines the quality of law enforcement of the first-line public security police,which also plays an important role in the construction of the public security team.Young teachers in public security colleges and universities are the backbone of the future development of public security colleges,and we should take the training of young teachers as the primary content of the construction of teachers in public security colleges.In view of the problems existing in the development of young teachers,we can gradually explore and work out a training mechanism with distinctive features and remarkable results.
