摘 要:针对稀土矿地下开采过程中易出现地表及建筑物不均匀沉降以致塌陷的问题,开展了矿区尾砂胶结充填材料配合比优化研究。通过室内坍落度试验和单轴压缩试验,研究了不同的料浆浓度和灰砂比对充填材料料浆流动性和抗压强度的影响。并应用数值模拟方法,研究了不同配合比的充填材料对抑制地表及建筑物沉降变形的影响。结果表明:料浆浓度为66%时,充填料浆的保水性较好,无离析现象,流动性满足管道输送要求;充填材料的单轴抗压强度随着料浆浓度和灰砂比的增大均呈增大趋势,且灰砂比的影响程度更大;充填材料的单轴抗压强度超过1.4 MPa时,满足地表及建筑物变形要求;料浆浓度66%、灰砂比1:12为该稀土矿充填材料的最优配合比。研究成果可为其他同类矿山采空区充填材料配合比的优化提供参考。In order to solve the collapse problem resulted from uneven settlement of a rare earth mine,the optimization study on the mix proportion of cemented tailings filling materials was carried out.The effects of slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio on slurry fluidity and compressive strength of filling materials were studied by indoor slump test and uniaxial compression test.The effects of backfill materials with different mix ratios on the settlement and deformation of the surface and buildings were also studied by using the numerical simulation method.The results showed that when the slurry concentration was 66%,the water retention of the filling slurry was good without segregation phenomenon,and the fluidity could meet the requirements of pipeline transportation.The uniaxial compressive strength of the filling material increased with the increasing of slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio,and the influence degree of the cement-sand ratio was greater.It could meet the deformation limit of the surface and buildings when the uniaxial compressive strength of the filling material exceeded 1.4 MPa.The slurry concentration of 66%and the cement-sand ratio of 1∶12 are the optimal mixture ratio of the filling material.The research results can provide a reference for the optimization of filling material mix ratio in other goaf.
