摘  要:马鞍山钢铁公司与安徽工业大学联合开发了一种含0.15%C、1.26%Cr和1.66%Mn能热成形的汽车用高强度铬-锰钢。研究了淬火工艺,包括从完全奥氏体化温度950℃、1 000℃、1 050℃和100℃油淬,从奥氏体、铁素体两相区温度720℃、750℃、780℃、810℃、840℃和890℃油淬,以及从980℃空冷、风冷和油冷,对钢的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:①从1 100℃油淬的钢晶粒异常长大,力学性能较差;②从两相区温度淬火的钢,形成了少量铁素体,强度略有降低,但塑性显著改善;③控制淬火冷却速度,钢中可形成贝氏体,能显著改善钢的综合力学性能,钢既具有高强度,也具有足够的塑性。One type of high-strength chromium-manganese steel applicable to automobile and able to be hot formed,containing 0.15% C,1.26% Cr and 1.66% Mn,was developed by Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.in conjunction with Anhui University of Technology.The effects of quenching practices which included quenching in oil from temperatures of complete austenitizing of 950,1 000,1 050,and 1 100℃,quenching in oil from ferrite-austenite phase region temperatures of 720,750,780,810,840,and 890℃,and quenching from 980℃in air,in forced air and in oil,on microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were investigated.The results comprised the following:①the steel quenched from 1 100℃in oil showed abnormally large grains and worse mechanical properties;②the steel quenched from the two-phase region temperatures offered a small amount of ferrite,slightly less strength but considerably improved plasticity;③control of quenching rate caused bainite to form in the steel therefore its comprehensive mechanical properties to be evidently improved,having both high strengthen and good plasticity.
