摘 要:大多数常用的热处理炉都不能实施运行过程的信息化监控,产品的热处理质量难以保证。鉴于这种情况,提出了热处理设备的分布式控制系统,并已完成了专用模块的设计。分布式控制系统可实现生产现场的科学管控、自动监控、调整和记录热处理工艺参数,从而可显著提高生产效率和产品的热处理质量以及设备的安全性和使用寿命。Most of the commonly used heat treating furnaces can not be informationization monitored during their operating,so the quality of heat treated products is difficult to be ensured.In view of this fact,a distributed control system for heat treatment equipments was put forward,and the design of specific module has been accomplished.The use of the distributed control system makes it possible scientifically to manage and to control production field,automatically to monitor,to adjust and to record process parameters of heat treating,thus considerably increasing heat treatmerit efficiency,improving the quality of heat treated products,and increasing safety and service life of heat treatment equipments.
