摘　　要：大量证据证实,脂蛋白a是心血管疾病发生的高危因素。但关于脂蛋白a用于临床预测心血管疾病存在争议,如测量方法的标准化、脂蛋白a水平异常升高的界定、进行脂蛋白a水平筛查的目标人群的确定、他汀类药物能否升高脂蛋白a的水平,以及降低脂蛋白a方法的有效性等,有待进一步研究。A lot of evidence prove that lipoprotein(a)is a high-risk factor for cardiovascular disease,but there are controversies about lipoprotein(a)as a predictor for cardiovascular disease,such as the standardization of measurement methods,the definition of abnormal elevated lipoprotein(a)levels,the identification of target populations for lipoprotein(a)level screening,if statins increase lipoprotein(a)levels,and the effectiveness of lowering lipoprotein(a)method.All these need further research.
