摘 要:咖啡是目前国际上消费最广泛的非酒精性饮料之一,长期饮用咖啡对心血管疾病影响已成为世界上颇受关注的话题。目前研究认为不管是否存在冠心病、心力衰竭等心血管疾病,长期适量饮用咖啡可使人体获益,对其长期预后产生积极影响,可作为健康饮食的一部分。但咖啡饮用存在个体代谢差异,因此,对基因-营养相互作用和全基因组关联研究将在识别与心血管疾病表型相关的多态性方面具有重要意义,需进一步研究探讨。Coffee is currently one of the most widely consumed non-alcoholic beverages in the world.The long-term effects of coffee consumption have also become a topic of great concern in the world.At present,it is believed that long-term moderate consumption of coffee can benefit the human and have a positive effect on its long-term prognosis whether it exists cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease,heart failure or not.It could be as part of a healthy diet.However,individual metabolic differences still exist in coffee drinking.Therefore,genome-nutrition interaction and genome-wide association study will be of great significance in identifying polymorphisms related to cardiovascular disease phenotypes,which need further exploration.
