专案护理干预对慢性肾脏病的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨专案护理干预对慢性肾脏病患者的影响效果。方法选取2018年1-12月我院治疗的80例慢性肾脏病患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与研究组,对照组实施传统护理干预,研究组实施专案护理干预,比较两组患者营养水平状况以及肾功能各项指标变化情况。结果实施护理干预6个月后,研究组白蛋白(ALb)、上臂肌围(AMC)、铁蛋白(Fer)、血红蛋白(Hb)等各项指标均高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组肾功能检查中血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿酸低于对照组(P <0. 05),肾小球滤过率(GFR)高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对慢性肾脏病患者实施专案护理干预,可有效改善其营养水平与肾功能,提高身体免疫力与治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of project-based nursing intervention in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group. The control group implemented traditional nursing intervention,and the research group implemented project-based nursing intervention. The changes of status of nutritional level and each indicator of renal function of patients were compared between the two grous. Results At six months after the nursing intervention,the indicators of the study group,including albumin( ALb),upper arm muscle circumference( AMC),ferritin( Fer),and hemoglobin( Hb),were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);the serum urea nitrogen( BUN),serum creatinine( SCr),and uric acid of renal function tests in the study group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),and glomerular filtration rate( GFR) was higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The project-based nursing intervention for patients with chronic kidney disease could effectively improve their nutritional level and renal function,and improve their immunity and treatment effect,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
