摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理路径在心脏瓣膜置换术恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的心脏瓣膜置换术恢复期患者86例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用康复护理路径,比较两组患者心功能表现及生活状况。结果观察组心功能分级优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组生活状况评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论康复护理路径在心脏瓣膜置换术恢复期患者中应用,能促进心功能恢复,改善其生活状况。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing pathway in patients with heart valve replacement during recovery period. Methods To select 86 cases of patients with heart valve replacement during recovery period who treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing.The rehabilitation nursing pathway was applied in the observation group to compare the cardiac function performance and living conditions of patients between the two group. Results The cardiac function classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The living conditions score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing pathway in patients with heart valve replacement during recovery period could promote cardiac function recovery and improve their living conditions.
