分级分期康复训练对乳腺癌术后肩关节活动度与患肢水肿程度的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后应用分级分期康复训练改善肩关节活动度与患肢水肿程度的临床价值。方法选择2016年2月至2019年2月在我院行乳腺癌手术的患者60例作为研究对象,依据患者住院顺序编号,以随机数字表法将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用术后常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上实施分级分期康复训练,比较两组患者术后肩关节活动度、患肢水肿程度。结果研究组患者术后12周患侧手臂后伸、前屈、内收、外展、内旋、外旋肩关节活动度指标均较对照组改善明显(P <0. 05);研究组患侧肢体水肿程度较对照组减轻,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后实施分级分期康复训练,可有效提高肩关节活动度,减轻患肢水肿程度,促进肢体功能恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of postoperative graded and staged rehabilitation training for patients with breast cancer to improve mobility of shoulder joint and edema of affected limbs. Methods We selected 60 cases of patients who underwent breast cancer surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 as study subjects. Patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group by random number table according to the issue number of patients in the hospital. The control group used conventional postoperative rehabilitation training,and the study group implemented graded and staged rehabilitation training based on the control group. The postoperative mobility of shoulder joint and edema of the affected limbs were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group,the indexes of the mobility of the affected arm’s back extension,forward flexion,adduction,abduction,internal rotation,and external rotation of the shoulder joint were significantly improved compared with the control group at 12 weeks after operation( P < 0. 05). The degree of edema of the affected limb in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The graded and staged rehabilitation training for breast cancer patients could effectively improve the mobility of shoulder joints,reduce the degree of edema of the affected limbs,and promote the recovery of limb function,which was worth popularizing and applying.
