摘　　要：目的探究康复俱乐部对宫颈癌术后放疗患者婚姻、生活质量及希望水平的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年4月于本院行宫颈癌治疗的80例患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上组织患者参加康复俱乐部活动。比较两组患者术后婚姻质量、生活质量及希望水平。结果观察组术后放疗婚姻质量、生活质量及希望水平评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论康复俱乐部活动能够有效提高宫颈癌术后放疗患者的婚姻质量、生活质量以及希望水平,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying rehabilitation club for marriage,quality of life and hope level of patients with radiotherapy after cervical cancer surgery. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was organized patients to participate in activities of rehabilitation club based on the control group. The postoperative quality of marriage,quality of life,and hope level were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The quality of marriage,quality of life,and hope level scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Activities of rehabilitation club could effectively improve the quality of marriage,quality of life,and hope level of patients with radiotherapy after cervical cancer surgery,which was worth popularizing and applying.
