一次性漏斗状粘贴巾在经尿道前列腺电切术患者低体温预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性粘贴巾在经尿道前列腺电切术低体温预防中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年12月56例前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术患者,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采取保温毯和预热冲洗液方式术中保温,患者常规铺无菌巾,观察组患者在对照组基础上后使用脑外科手术专用一次性漏斗状粘贴巾,使冲洗液方便排出,减少冲洗液浸湿敷料对患者的冷刺激。比较两组患者的手术时间、冲洗时间、冲洗液用量,观察患者围手术期体温变化,评估患者寒战发生率。结果两组患者手术时间、冲洗时间、冲洗液用量比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。术中20 min、40 min、60 min、术毕时,两组患者的体温呈下降趋势,且对照组患者体温均低于观察组(P <0. 05)。观察组寒战发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论脑外科手术专用一次性漏斗状粘贴巾应用于经尿道前列腺电切术中,使用简单方便、密封性好,便于手术冲洗液排出,减少冲洗液浸湿敷料对患者的冷刺激,有效预防术中低体温,减少患者寒战发生率。Objective To investigate the application effect of disposable sticky towel in prevention of hypothermia in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Methods To select 56 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate from October 2016 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The patients in the control group were treated with insulation blankets and pre-warmed irrigation solutions during the operation,and patients were routinely laid with sterile towels. Patients in the observation group used disposable funnel-shaped sticky towels for brain surgery on the basis of the control group to facilitate the drainage of the irrigation solution and reduce the cold stimulation of the dressing by the irrigation solution. The operation time,rinsing time,and the amount of irrigating fluid were compared between the two groups of patients,the changes in body temperature during the perioperative period were observed,and the incidence of chills was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in operation time,rinsing time,and the amount of irrigating fluid between the two groups( P >0. 05). The body temperature of the patients in the two groups showed a downward trend at 20 minutes,40 minutes,60 minutes and end of surgery during the operation,and the temperature of the patients in the control group was all lower than that in the observation group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of chills in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Disposable funnel-shaped sticky towel for brain surgery was used in transurethral resection of prostate. It was simple and convenient to use,had a good sealing performance,facilitated the discharge of surgical irrigation solution,reduced the cold stimulation of the dressing soaked by the irrigation solution,and effectively prevented the hypothermia during the operation and reduced the incidence of chills.
