摘  要:碳纤维立体织物结构复杂、厚度大,为解决其每层纬纱所受打纬力应均匀的问题,提出一种由共轭凸轮与四连杆相结合的组合式平行打纬机构。根据打纬工艺要求,以修正正余弦运动规律为基础来设计共轭凸轮,根据织机尺寸及允许空间来给定边界条件,应用反转法求解共轭凸轮轮廓线,得出推程、回程均为77°的远休止角为零的共轭凸轮;用二级杆组法对钢筘进行运动分析,得出钢筘加速度曲线始末两端均为零且连续无突变,打纬时刻钢筘加速度负向最大,实现惯性打纬;优化四连杆空间分布,摆臂长度直接关系钢筘与纬纱接触后是否做水平运动,其它杆长确定情况下,摆臂长度为398 mm时,钢筘打纬过程中运动方向与水平线夹角基本为0°,实现平行打纬。In order to solve the problem that the beating force of each layer of the three-dimensional fabric of carbon fiber should be uniform,a kind of combined parallel beating mechanism combining conjugate cam and four connecting rods is proposed.The conjugate cam is designed based on the law of sine-cosine motion.According to the loom size and allowed space,the inverse method is used to solve the contour of the conjugate cam.Conjugate cam′s pushing course angle and back angle are both 77°,and it′s far angle of repose is zero.The motion analysis of the reed is carried out by the two-stage method.It is concluded that the acceleration curves of the reed are both zero at the beginning and end and there is no abrupt change.The acceleration of the reed is at its maximum at the time of beating-up and the direction is opposite to that of motion.The length of swing arm is directly related to whether the reed moves horizontally or not when it contacts with the beating yarn.When the length of the swinging arm is398 mm,the angle between the motion direction and the horizontal line is basically zero in the process of reed beating-up so that parallel beating-up can be achieved.
