摘  要:本试验对含Wx基因粳籼杂交粳稻稻米的8项指标进行了检测和分析,结果表明,通过软米类型粳型不育系和籼型恢复系配组选育的亚种间杂交粳稻能够有效降低直链淀粉含量,21个组合的平均直链淀粉含量为12.6%,比对照’浦优201’降低8.7%,且具有较好的外观品质和加工品质,是选育优质、高产杂交粳稻的又一可能的新技术途径。Eight indexes of japonica-indica hybrid rice with Wx gene were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the content of amylose in japonica-indica hybrid rice could be decreased effectively by the combination of soft rice type japonica sterile line and indiea restorer line,the average AC of the 21 combinations was 12.6%,which was decreased by 8.7%to the’Puyou 201’.Moreover,it has good appearance quality and processing quality,which is an new possible technique for breeding high quality and high yield japonica hybrid rice.
