摘  要:针对我国现有天基观测手段时效性低、观测精度低、信息获取手段单一、难以满足日益增长的应急减灾应用需求问题,提出一种位于中轨多频多极化合成孔径雷达(SAR)载荷设计.该载荷位于中轨,通过L,S,C,X共4个频段及全极化设计,能兼顾低轨SAR和高轨SAR的优点,具备高时空分辨率、大幅宽、多元信息获取特点,能很好地满足灾害监测预警及应急响应观测的需求.The current space-based remote sensing payload can not meet the need of emergency disaster reduction because of long revisit time,low imaging performance and lack of multi-dimensional information acquisition.A design of multi-frequency and multi-polarization MEO SAR(medium earth orbit synthetic aperture radar)payload is presented.Because of L,S,C and X band and full-polarization design,the payload can take advantage of both LEO(low earth orbit)SAR and GEO(geosynchronous orbit)SAR,which can meet the need of emergency disaster reduction by the ability of high spatial-time resolution,wide-swath and multi-dimension information achievement.
