摘  要:电机驱动与蓄电池充电一体化拓扑结构通过电气元件和电机绕组的复用提升车载充电系统在体积、质量、成本等方面的竞争力,但同时也为零序电流提供通路,增加电机驱动时的损耗和转矩脉动。针对零序电流产生三次谐波转矩脉动的问题,研究了一种双绕组六相电机结构,以抑制零序电流对转矩脉动的影响。仿真结果表明,该电机结构能消除零序电流产生的三次谐波转矩,有效抑制转矩脉动。The integrated topology of the motor drive and battery charging can improve the competitiveness of the on-board charging system in terms of volume,weight,cost and so on through the multiplexing of electrical components and motor winding, but also provides a path for zero-sequence current,increasing the loss and torque ripple during motor drive.A six-phase motor structure with dual-winding was studied to suppress the triple harmonic torque ripple caused by zero-sequence current.The simulation result verified the effectiveness of the proposed motor structure.
