摘　　要：目的探讨多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图结合心肌造影不良反应的临床特征及处理对策。方法选取在东莞康华医院心内科门诊就诊的可疑冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者305例,均采用多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图结合心肌造影检查,记录检查过程中受检者出现的最主要不良反应及给予的治疗措施。结果305例受检者中,发生不良反应85例,其中心律失常31例,所占比例最高,为36.5%,其次是低血压,为15.3%;不良反应出现最多在Peak阶段,占75.3%,轻至中度不良反应事件82例。结论多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图结合心肌造影会发生一些不良反应,但只要积极对症处理,该技术仍是安全、可行的。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of adverse reactions of dobutamine stress echocardiography combined with myocardial contrast.MethodsA total of 305 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were selected from the outpatient department of cardiology of dongguan kanghua hospital.All patients were examined by dobutamine stress echocardiography,and the main adverse reactions and treatment measures were recorded.ResultsAmong the305 patients,85 had adverse reactions,including 31 cases of arrhythmias,accounting for the highest proportion(36.5%),followed by hypotension(15.3%).The most adverse reactions occurred at the Peak stage,accounting for 75.3%,with 82 cases of mild to moderate adverse reactions.ConclusionDobutamine stress echocardiography combined with myocardial contrast may cause some adverse reactions,but the technique is safe and feasible as long as positive symptomatic treatment.
