摘 要:探讨了CD163基因编辑对21日龄断奶仔猪前腔静脉血液中部分生理生化、免疫球蛋白及补体蛋白等指标的影响。结果表明:CD163基因编辑后,纯合子的淋巴细胞比率、中间细胞比率、红细胞平均体积均显著低于杂合子和阴性猪(P<0.05);纯合子的粒细胞比率、粒细胞数显著高于杂合子和阴性猪(P<0.05);杂合子的血小板总数显著高于纯合子和阴性猪(P<0.05);纯合子的葡萄糖和胆固醇含量显著高于杂合子和阴性猪(P<0.05);纯合子血液中IgG、IgA、IgE和IgM等4类免疫球蛋白的含量均显著高于杂合子和阴性猪(P<0.05);纯合子血液中补体蛋白3和补体蛋白4与杂合子和阴性猪没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。The effects of CD163 gene editing on some blood physiological,bio-chemical,immunoglobulin and complement proteins of the 21-days-old weaned piglets were investigated.The results showed that the lymphocyte ratio,intermediate cell ratio and mean corpuscular volume of homozygote were significantly lower than that of heterozygote and negative pigs(P<0.05)after the editing of CD163 gene,and the granulocyte ratio and granulocytes of homozygote were significantly higher than that of heterozygote and negative pigs(P<0.05).The total number of platelets of heterozygote was significantly higher than that of homozygote and negative pigs(P<0.05).The glucose and cholesterone contents of homozygote were significantly higher than that of heterozygote and negative pigs(P<0.05).The content of 4 kinds of immunoglobulin,such as IgG,IgA,IgE and IgM in the blood of homozygote was significantly higher than that of heterozygote and negative pigs(P<0.05).there was no significant difference among the complement protein 3 and complement protein 4 in the blood of the homozygote,the heterozygote and the negative pig(P>0.05).
