摘 要:介绍了采用Si-Ba孕育剂进行孕育处理时C3HP后制动盘铸件的组织和性能不合格问题,通过试验研究,将孕育处理工艺改为:包底孕育处理采用0.2%Si-Ba合金+0.3%Si-La-Sr合金混合孕育剂,随流孕育处理采用0.2%Si-La-Sr孕育剂,在DISA垂直分型自动生产线上生产制动盘铸件。试验结果显示:灰铸铁中A型石墨数量增多,石墨长度变短,尖端被钝化,基体组织中珠光体体积分数大于95%,且均匀性良好,有效阻碍了裂纹扩展;楔压强度均在200 MPa以上,硬度值均在200~230 HB,符合技术要求。An introduction was given to the problem that when using Si-Ba inoculants to inoculate,the structure and propertied of C3HP rear brake disc was unqualified.Through experimental research,the inoculation process was changed to:using mixed inoculants of 0.2%Si-Ba alloy+0.3%Si-La-Sr alloy for ladle bottom inoculation and using 0.2%Si-La-Ba alloy for stream inoculation to produce brake disc castings on DISA vertically parted automatic production line.The result showed:the A-type graphite number in gray iron increased,the graphite length became shorten,graphite tips were blunted,the pearlite volume fraction in matrix structure was higher than 95%,and their uniformity was good that effectively hindered crack propa-gation,wedge pressure strength was higher than 200 MPa,hardness value was in the range of 200~230 HB,met technical requirements.
