摘  要:介绍了采用1.5 t中频炉浇注4.4 t灰铸铁件的生产方法,详细阐述了化学成分、熔炼、分包以及温度控制情况,得出以下结论:(1)与6 t中频炉相比,采用1.5 t中频炉浇注铁液,每件铸件节约电费2500元左右;(2)浇注温度为1273~1307℃,铁液流动好,铸件采用无冒口工艺,利用灰铸铁石墨化膨胀的补缩作用,生产的铸件无缩孔、气孔缺陷;(3)将第1炉w(C)量控制在3.3%~3.4%,w(Si)量控制在2.0%~2.1%,其余2炉化学成分按照控制范围的上限控制,可减少化学元素的烧损。The production method of casting 4.4 t gray iron castings with 1.5 t intermediate frequency furnace was introduced.The chemical composition,smelting,subcontracting and temperature control were elaborated.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Compared with the 6 t intermediate frequency furnace,the iron produced by 1.5 t medium frequency furnace had lower the electricity cost by about 2500 yuan per casting.(2)The pouring temperature was 1273~1307℃,the molten iron flows well.The casting adopts no riser process,and the graphite cast iron expansion was used to feed.The castings produced had no shrinkage holes and pore defects.(3)The amount of w(C)in the first furnace production was controlled at 3.3%~3.4%,and the amount of w(Si)was controlled in 2.0%~2.1%,and in the remaining 2 furnace production,the chemical composition of the furnace was controlled according to the upper limit of the control range,which could reduce the burning of chemical elements.
