摘 要:针对中频电炉熔化铁液时,凭经验计算进行合金添加量微调,造成多次调整成分,导致生产线等待和用电浪费问题,通过对现场操作情况调查与分析,运用TPS防错技术改善手段及计算机技术、网络信息技术和称重计量技术方法,研发了感应电炉熔化精确配料计算系统,切实有效地提高了配料精度,可以使精配一次达到目标值,每炼一炉铁液可节省时间5~10 min,提高生产效率,减少生产线等待,且每车间每天可多熔化一炉铁液,系统配料比人工配料成分一致性高,质量稳定。In the case of medium frequency electric furnace melting molten iron,the alloy was finely adjusted by empirical calculation,resulting in multiple adjustments of components and time and power waste in production line.Through the investigation and analysis of the field operation,the TPS error prevention technology,computer technology,network information technology and weighing measurement technology were used to develop an induction furnace melting precise batching calculation system.It effectively improved the batching accuracy,could make the perfect match to reach the target value in one time.By taking this method,each furnace could save 5~10 min.It improved production efficiency,reduced production line waiting time and each furnace could melt one more furnace of molten iron every day.The system ingredients were more consistent than the artificial ingredients and the quality was stable.
