摘  要:研究了全硅溶胶制壳工艺参数和涂料强化剂,生产结果表明:(1)在涂料中添加新配方涂料添加剂后,不仅提高了涂料的致密性,还改善了涂料的流动性和涂覆性;(2)使用新配方涂料强化剂加上干燥室底部吹风系统,不仅可以提高型壳的抗开裂能力及强度,而且能够大幅度缩短层间干燥时间;(3)添加新配方涂料强化剂和纤维进行涂料改性后,制壳层数可减少至4.5层,型壳厚度减薄至6 mm,制壳生产周期缩短至12~14 h。The process parameters and coating enhancers of the whole silica sol shell were studied.The production results showed that:(1)Adding new formula coating additives to the coating not only improved the compactness of the coating,but also improved the fluidity and covering of the coating.(2)Using the new formula paint enhancer and the bottom blowing system in drying room,not only could improved the crack resistance and strength of the shell,but also could greatly shorten the inter-layer drying time.(3)After adding new formula paint to strengthen coating and fiber modification,the number of shell layers could be reduced to 4.5 layers,the shell thickness was reduced to 6 mm,and the shell production cycle was shortened to 12~14 h.
