A型液舱次屏蔽安装平台的抗连续倒塌分析

摘　　要：以LNG船关键工装设施A型液舱次屏蔽安装平台为研究对象,基于有限元软件,考虑节点半刚性与材料非线性,采用静力非线性的方法分别对单榀、两榀以及三榀桁架同时失效后的剩余结构进行计算分析.研究结果表明:构件重要性系数越大的桁架,失效后对剩余结构的影响越大;安装平台单榀桁架及相邻2榀桁架完全失效后,不会发生进一步的连续破坏;为防止结构连续倒塌,应避免三榀相邻桁架同时失效.研究成果可为安装平台的设计和使用提供参考.As key supporting equipment for the construction of LNG carriers,the installation platform is the support and guarantee of LNG carrier tank internal construction.The secondary shielding installation platform of A-type tank is taken as the object of study.The semi-rigidity of the nodes and the material nonlinearity are considered based on finite element software,and then the residual structure is calculated using static nonlinear method after simultaneous failure of the single,two and three trusses.The research results show that the truss with higher component importance coefficient has a greater impact on the residual structure after the truss failure;After the single truss and the adjacent 2 trusses of the installation platform completely fail,the further progressive collapse will not occur.When A1-HJ,A2-HJ and A2-HJ are dismantled at the same time,it will lead to the local progressive damage,which can cause the collapse of large-scale structures.The research findings can support the design and use of the installation platform.
