摘  要:基于非道路378型柴油机,采用不同的轨压、主喷正时、预喷油量和预喷-主喷间隔,进行非道路柴油机八工况的喷油参数优化试验.试验结果表明:随轨压的增加,NOx排放增加,烟度和有效燃油消耗率不断减小,HC排放先降后升;随主喷提前角的增大,NOx排放增加,烟度、HC和有效燃油消耗率不断减小;随预喷油量的增大,NOx、烟度和有效燃油消耗率先降后升,HC排放不断增加;随着预喷-主喷间隔角的增大,NOx先降后增,烟度不断下降,HC和有效燃油消耗率不断增加.综合考虑排放和经济性,确定了八工况下的喷油参数的优化值,八工况稳态测试循环测量结果:NOx+HC为6.32g·(kW·h)^-1,PM为0.169 g·(kW·h)^-1,满足非道路国四排放限值要求.对于非道路柴油机,采用较高的轨压、较小的主喷提前角、少量预喷油量及较短的预喷-主喷喷油间隔,可优化燃烧过程,降低排放,提高经济性.Based on the non-road 378 diesel engine,different rail pressure,main injection timing,pilot injection quantity and interval between pilot injection and main injection were used to carry out the fuel injection parameter optimization test according to eight-mode test cycle.The test results show that with the increase of rail pressure,NOx emissions increase,smoke and effective specific fuel consumption decreases,HC emissions first drop and then rise;with the increase of the main injection advance angle,NOx emissions increase,and smoke,HC and effective specific fuel consumption continue to decrease;with the increase of pilot quantity,NOx,smoke and effective specific fuel consumption first reduce and then increase,and HC emissions increase;with the increase of the interval between pilot injection and main injection,NOx emissions first decrease and then increase,smoke decreases,HC and effective specific fuel consumption increases.Considering the emission and economy,optimization value of the fuel injection parameters for eight-mode test cycle was determined.The steady-state eight-mode test cycle measurement result showed that NOx+HC was 6.32 g·(kW·h)^-1,and PM was 0.169 g·(kW·h)^-1,meeting the national four stage emission requirements.For non-road diesel engine,higher rail pressure,smaller main injection advance angle,smaller amount of pilot injection and shorter interval between pilot injection and main injection can be used for the optimization of the combustion process,reducing emission and improving the economy.
