摘 要:为满足新排放标准的要求,采用O/A/O/O工艺对某焦化厂原有的A^2/O^2工艺进行改造,通过增设预曝气和初沉池,及初沉池污泥回流至预曝气池,强化了预处理。经过预曝气和沉淀处理,焦化废水的COD去除率达到40%,氨氮浓度升高约10%,废水中硫氰化物和氰化物基本被去除,降低了对后续生化处理的影响。改造完成后,整个系统被优化,运行更加稳定,加药成本下降了25%,出水稳定达到HJ 2306-2018《炼焦化学工业污染防治可行技术指南》的要求。In order to meet the requirements of the new discharge standard,O/A/O/O process was adopted in the transformation project of original A^2/O^2 process of a coking plant.The pretreatment was strengthened by adding pre-aeration and primary sedimentation tank,and refluxing sludge from primary sedimentation tank to pre-aeration tank.After pre-aeration and precipitation treatment,the removal rate of COD in the coking wastewater reached 40%,and the ammonia nitrogen concentration increased by 10%,thiocyanide and cyanide in the wastewater were basically removed,which reduced the impact on subsequent biochemical treatment.After the reconstruction,the whole system was optimized,the operation was more stable,the cost of drug dosing reduced by 25%,the effluent water quality stably met the requirement of HJ 2306-2018 Practical Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Pollution in Coking Chemical Industry.
