摘 要:二硫化钼主要用于润滑油、润滑脂,提高其抗磨减摩和极压性能。纳米二硫化钼因其可调控带隙、巨大的比表面积、丰富的边缘位点及良好的化学稳定性等优异的理化性质,在光电器件、催化、锂离子电池及超级电容器、润滑等领域有巨大应用价值,是持续研究热点之一。本文阐述二硫化钼的润滑机理,简要介绍二硫化钼的制备工艺,并对二硫化钼的最新制备技术与应用研究进行评述。MoS2 lubricants are used as additives in oils and grease for improving the antifriction,antiwear and extreme pressure properties.Nano-MoS2 has great application value in optoelectronic devices,catalysis,lithium-ion batteries,supercapacitors,lubrication and other fields because of their excellent physical and chemical properties,such as adjustable band gap,huge specific surface area,abundant edge sites and good chemical stability.Recent studies have been focused on synthesis and application research of MoS2.The lubricating theory and synthesis technology were described briefly.Meanwhile,the application research and new preparation technology of MoS2 were introduced.
