摘　　要：通过对百花岭选矿厂旋回下长给矿皮带运输机在生产中存在的问题展开研究,经过设备考察,计算选择合适的电机、减速机、变频器及对皮带滚筒进行陶瓷包胶研究并进行改造。改造完成后提高了设备运行的稳定性,彻底解决了减速机发热问题,减少了运输机等备件和材料消耗,降低了工人劳动强度,节约了生产成本。Through the study of the problems existing in the production of the long feed belt conveyer in Baihualing Dressing Plant,the suitable motor,reducer,frequency converter were selected,and the research on the ceramic coating glue of the belt drum were carried out.After the transformation was completed,the stability of the equipment was improved,the heating problem of the reducer was solved thoroughly,and consumption of spare parts and materials was reduced,such as transport aircraft.The labor intensity of the workers was reduced and the production cost was saved.
