摘  要:采用DEFORM-3D软件,对大单重钼板烧结坯平辊热轧过程进行有限元分析。获得不同热轧工艺下钼板变形过程中其应力、应变、温度、密度、轧制力等场变量的演化过程。分析场变量变化规律发现:增加道次压下量对坯体致密化有利,但致密度分布不均匀;升高温度、降低压下量、减少摩擦系数均降低轧制力,摩擦系数越低,进入稳定轧制阶段越慢;钼板应变、密度分别呈现明显的几何对称性,应变和致密度均在几何中心为最大,并且向外辐射状下降,边部存在一定的应力应变富集;大摩擦系数和高温会导致边部双鼓变形。By means of DEFORM-3D software,a finite element analysis was carried out on the hot rolling process of the large single-weight molybdenum plate.The evolution laws of stress,strain,temperature,density and rolling force is obtained during the deformation processes by various hot rolling parameters.After analyzing the obtained evolution disciplines of these parameters,it is found that increasing the pass reduction amount promotes the densification of blank plate,but the densification distribution is not uniform.Raising temperature,deceasing reduction and reducing friction coefficient can decrease rolling force.A lower friction coefficient will slow down the entrance to the stable rolling process.The strain and density of Mo plates are geometrically symmetrical.The center of molybdenum plate reaches the largest value and decrease radially outward.There is an enrichment of stress and strain at the edges.Large friction coefficients and high temperatures will lead to double drum deformation at the edges.
