摘 要:研究了在氢气还原生产钼粉的过程中,在低温还原阶段,原料MoO3中K含量、粒度、原料中细粉比率、二氧化钼的还原程度等对钼粉K含量的影响。结果表明,在相同工艺条件下,原料MoO3的K含量高,对应钼粉的K含量也高;原料粒度对钼粉的K含量并没有明确的影响;原料中细粉所占的比率越高,钼粉的K含量越高;低温还原阶段不充分,会在一定程度上阻碍钼粉的除K效果。In the process of producing molybdenum powder by hydrogen reduction,the effects of K content,particle size,ratio of fine powder in raw material MoO3 and reduction degree of molybdenum dioxide on K content of molybdenum powder were studied in the low temperature reduction stage.The results show that under the same technological conditions,the K content of raw material MoO3 is high,and the K content of corresponding molybdenum powder is also high.The particle size of raw materials has no definite influence on the K content of molybdenum powder.The higher the proportion of fine powder in raw materials,the higher the K content of molybdenum powder;The low temperature reduction stage is not sufficient,which will hinder the K removal effect of molybdenum powder to some extent.
