摘　　要：近年来对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关性肝病的基础和临床研究不断取得新的进展,但疾病发病率和病死率均未下降,仍呈逐年升高趋势。目前,核苷(酸)类似物(NAs)已成为我国慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者抗病毒治疗的重要手段。对于急性乙型病毒性肝炎(AHB)是否需要抗病毒治疗目前仍存在争议;NAs对CHB长期治疗的安全性及有效性已得到了广泛的认可;已有大量研究证实HBV相关肝硬化患者在早期口服NAs抗病毒治疗后可改善肝纤维化程度并延缓病情的进展;对于肝细胞癌(HCC),目前手术切除及肝移植是最有效的办法,综合性治疗预防HBV相关性HCC(HBV-HCC)的复发已得到广泛认可。本文综述了目前NAs对HBV相关肝脏疾病的治疗趋势及疗效评估。In recent years,new progress has been made in the basic and clinical researches on hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related liver disease,but statistics show that the incidence and mortality have not decreased,and still appears an increasing trend year by year.At present,nucleoside analogues(NAs)have become an important means of antiviral therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in China.Whether antiviral therapy is needed for acute hepatitis B(AHB)is controversial,while the safety and efficacy of NAs for longterm treatment of CHB has been widely recognized.A large number of studies have confirmed that early oral NAs antiviral therapy can improve the degree of hepatic fibrosis and delay the progression of HBV-related liver disease.The surgical resection and liver transplantation are the most effective methods for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and comprehensive treatment to prevent the recurrence of HBV-related HCC has been widely recognized.In this paper,the current therapeutic trend and curative effect of NAs on HBV-related liver diseases were reviewed.
