五皮饮加减联合甘露醇治疗胫腓骨骨折术后肢体肿胀临床价值体会

摘　　要：目的:在胫腓骨骨折术后对患者实施五皮饮加减联合甘露醇治疗,分析临床价值。方法:研究针对68例我院就诊的胫腓骨骨折术后患者开展,时间设置在2017.08—2018.12期间,遵循随机数字表将所有研究对象等分至两组,每组纳入34例,分别命名为对照组与分析组,即对照组实施甘露醇治疗,分析组联合五皮饮加减治疗,组间对比不同时间段肢体肿胀度。结果:比较两组术前、术后3d肢体肿胀程度,未见较大差别,P>0.05;在术后7、10d,分析组数值均少于对照组,差异可见统计价值(P<0.05);术后3d、术后5d、术后7d的消肿情况分析组更优,差异可见统计价值(P<0.05)。结论:在胫腓骨骨折术后,对患者进行五皮饮加减联合甘露醇治疗,可有效改善术后肢体肿胀情况。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Wupi Yin plus mannitol in the treatment of tibia and fibula fracture after operation.Methods:68 patients with tibia and fibula fracture treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table from 2017.08 to 2018.12.Each group was divided into 34 cases and named as the control group and the analysis group respectively.The control group was treated with mannitol.The analysis group was treated with Wupi Yin plus or minus.The limb swelling in different time periods was compared between the two groups.Degree.Result:There was no significant difference in the degree of limb swelling between the two groups before and 3 days after operation,P>0.05;at 7 and 10 days after operation,the value of the analysis group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 3 days after operation,5 days after operation,7 days after operation,the swelling situation of the analysis group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the operation of tibia and fibula fracture,Wupiyin plus mannitol can effectively improve the swelling of limbs.
