保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床观察及护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床观察及护理效果。方法:取92例慢性宫颈炎患者分为甲组46例和乙组46例。甲组患者使用微波治疗+常规护理,乙组患者使用保妇康栓联合微波治疗+综合护理,比较两组总有效率、症状改善时间及创面愈合时间、并发症总发生率、护理总满意度。结果:甲组总有效率为86.96%,乙组为97.83%,组间数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。乙组症状改善时间及创面愈合时间较短于甲组,组间数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。甲组的并发症总发生率为23.91%、护理总满意度为89.13,乙组为8.70%和100.00%,组间数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性宫颈炎患者,在保妇康栓联合微波治疗的前提下,使用综合护理干预措施,可提高患者总有效率和总满意度,缩短症状改善时间和创面愈合时间,预防或减少并发症。Objective:To investigate the clinical observation and nursing effect of baofu kangshuan combined with microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods:92 cases patientsof chronic cervicitis were divided into group A(46 cases)and group B(46 cases).Patients in group A were treated with microwave+conventional nursing,while patients in group B were treated with baofukang suppository combined with microwave+comprehensive nursing.The total effective rate,symptom improvement time,wound healing time,total incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction of each group were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 86.96% in group A and 97.83% in group B,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The time of symptom improvement and wound healing in group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was 23.91%in group A and 8.70%in group B,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in group A was 89.13%,and that in group B was 100.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic cervicitis,comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve the overall efficiency and satisfaction of patients,shorten the time of symptom improvement and wound healing,prevent or reduce complications under the premise of baofukang suppository combined with microwave treatment.
