探讨胺典酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的护理措施及效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析胺典酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的护理措施及效果。方法:将在我院接受治疗的72例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者均给予胺碘酮治疗,对照组36例未接受护理干预,观察组36例接受护理干预。观察两组患者治疗前后HR、LVEF变化情况,及SAS和SDS评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组护理后心功能指标较对照组改善,观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组明显降低,心理功能、躯体功能、精神状态及社会功能较对照组明显改善,P<0.05。结论:胺典酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者时联合护理干预,能够提高患者治疗效果,促进患者心功能恢复。Objective:To analyze the nursing measures and effects of amiodarone in the treatment of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods:72 cases patients with heart failure and arrhythmia were treated with amiodarone in our hospital.36 patients in the control group did not receive nursing intervention,36 patients in the observation group received nursing intervention.HR and LVEF,SAS and SDS scores,quality of life scores were observed before and after treatment.Results:The indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The psychological function,physical function,mental state and social function in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Aminoketone combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia can improve the therapeutic effect of patients and promote the recovery of cardiac function.
