摘　　要：为研究梨种质资源的遗传多样性,以34份梨种质资源为试材,对梨果实中11种矿质元素指标进行分析。结果表明:11种矿质元素的变异系数介于9.79%~55.93%,其中矿质元素Cu的变异系数最大,K的变异系数最小。多样性指数的变化范围为3.38~3.52;因子分析将11个矿质元素归纳为4个主因子,累计贡献率为74.09%,并通过综合得分计算筛选出10个果实中矿质元素含量较高的梨种质资源。聚类分析将34份种质分为3大类群,结合因子分析结果,可将第Ⅲ类群的晚秀、翠玉、鸭梨优先作为梨新品种选育的种质材料。In order to study the genetic diversity of pear germplasm resources,the indexes of 11 mineral elements in the fruit of 34 pear germplasm resources were analyzed based on 34 pear germplasm resources.The results show that the coefficient of variation of 11 mineral elements range from 9.79% to 55.93%,among which the mineral coefficient Cu has the largest coefficient of variation and the K has the smallest coefficient of variation.The diversity index of traits were between 3.38~3.52.Factor analysis classified 11 mineral elements into 4 main factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 74.09%.Through comprehensive score calculation,10 pear germplasm resources with high mineral element content in fruits were screened out.The cluster analysis divided 34 germplasm into 3 groups,and combined with the result of factor analysis,the mansoo,cuiyu and yali of the third group could be taken as the priority germplasm materials for the breeding of new pear varieties.
