摘 要:为了检测穴播器在出厂或维修后的排种性能,设计了一种基于光电传感器的排种性能检测装置。本设计采用光电传感器和旋转编码器相结合,完成穴播器的排种性能检测。通过旋转编码器对排种次数进行统计,光电传感器对实际排种个数进行统计,传感器检测到的信号最终输出到单片机进行处理,再将结果显示在显示器上以实现排种性能的自动检测。将试验测得排种率与人工统计结果进行对比,误差在±3%以内,表明基于光电传感器的排种性能检测装置与人工统计的试验结果基本一致,且效率远高于人工,说明该装置能有效地对穴播器的排种性能进行检测。In order to detecting the seeding performance of the dibbler after delivery or maintenance,a seeding performance detection device based on photoelectric sensor was designed.In this design,photoelectric sensor and rotary encoder were combined to completing the seeding performance detection of the dibbler.The seed time was counted by rotary encoder,and the actual seed number was counted by photoelectric sensor,and the signal of sensor were finally transmitted to the SCM for processing,the result was displayed on the monitor so as to realize the automatic detection function.The seeding rate measured by the experiment is compared with the final result of manual statistics,and the error is within±3%.The results show that the seeding performance detection device based on photoelectric sensor is basically consistent with the experimental results of manual statistics,but the efficiency is much higher.It shows that the device can effectively detect the seeding performance of the dibbler.
