淮安两所幼儿园幼儿身体活动水平调查研究

摘　　要：对比分析两所学校幼儿的身体活动量与相关因素,为4-6岁儿童的身体活动相关研究提供一定的科学依据。运用加速度传感器测量幼儿日常身体活动,同时获取幼儿相关信息,利用相关软件进行数据采集与分析。结果显示男孩身体活动量大于女孩;且在男孩中淮安体校幼儿园高于淮安清河幼儿园;在对MPA%、VPA%和MVPA%进行对比时,淮安体校幼儿园的大于淮安清河幼儿园。结果显示,由老师带领下活动的MVPA高于幼儿自愿进行的活动;身体活动量为男孩大于女孩;多数幼儿没有达到每天60min的MVPA身体活动量标准。A comparative analysis of the physical activity and related factors of children in the two schools provides a scientific basis for the study of physical activity of children aged 4-6. The accelerometer is used to measure the daily physical activity of the child, and at the same time, the relevant information of the child is obtained, and the relevant software is used for data collection and analysis. The results showed that the boy’s physical activity was greater than that of the girl;and among the boys, the Huai’an Sports School Kindergarten was higher than the Huai’an Qinghe Kindergarten;when comparing MPA%, VPA% and MVPA%, the Huai’an Sports School Kindergarten was larger than the Huai’an Qinghe Kindergarten. The results showed that the detection rate of overweight and obesity increased;and the MVPA of activities led by teachers was higher than that of children’s voluntary activities;the amount of physical activity was higher for boys than for girls;most children did not meet the MVPA physical activity standard of 60 minutes per day.
