摘　　要：子午流注是中医理论中脏腑经络的气血流注、盛衰开阖的时间规律,本经补母泻子法是常用的针灸虚实补泻法,本文将子午流注配穴体系和本经补母泻子法相结合,推演出了6种补母泻子针刺法的开穴规律,并直观形诸于图表,可为针灸临床提供一定参考。The method of reinforcing-reducing present meridians acupuncture points is the most frequently-used method,including reinforcing mother acupoints and reducing son acupoints accroding to the deficiency and excess.This article integrates six pointopening rules from ancient to modern times,combining the method of reinforcing mother acupuncture points and reducing son acupuncture points,hoping to provide reference for clinical practice.
