归化球员对中国足球运动产生的影响

摘　　要：通过研究对比各个国家归化球员带来的影响和中国归化情形分析,得出归化球员对中国足球影响的利弊,在短期内可提高中国足球的成绩,长期仍要坚持完善青训体系,营造良好的足球氛围,以期人们能对归化球员有更好的认识,使中国足球能在归化潮流中受益。This study compares the influence of naturalized players in various countries and the analysis of China’s naturalization situation,and draws the advantages and disadvantages of the influence of naturalized players on Chinese football.In the short term,it can improve the performance of Chinese football.However,we should still insist on improving the youth training in the long run.The system creates a good football atmosphere,in the hope that people can have a better understanding of naturalized players,so that Chinese football can benefit from the trend of naturalization.
