尤瑞克林与ACEI联合应用对血压影响的评价研究

摘　　要：目的研究尤瑞克林与赖诺普利或卡托普利联合应用对血压的影响。方法将大白兔分为对照组和研究组,对照组分别给予生理盐水、赖诺普利、尤瑞克林、3倍尤瑞克林,研究组给予赖诺普利+尤瑞克林、赖诺普利+3倍尤瑞克林、卡托普利、卡托普利+尤瑞克林后,观察血压变化情况。结果卡托普利与尤瑞克林、赖诺普利与3倍尤瑞克林联合应用15 min后血压较对照组显著下降,联合用药药效分析显示卡托普利、赖诺普利与尤瑞克林压具有协同降压作用。结论尤瑞克林用药前72 h至用药后24 h内应避免合用ACEI类药物,有效防止低血压的发生。Objective To study the effect of urinary kininogenase combined with lisinopril or captopril on blood pressure.Methods The white rabbits were divided into control group and research group.The control group was given saline,lisinopril,urinary kininogenase,3 times of urinary kininogenase;the study group was given lisinopril+urinary kininogenase,lisinopril+3 times of urinary kininogenase,captopril,captopril+urinary kininogenase.Observe blood pressure before and after treatment.Results 15 minutes after application of captopril+urinary kininogenase,lisinopril+3 times of urinary kininogenase,blood pressure significantly reduced compared with control group.Pharmacodynamic analysis of combination therapy showed that captopril,lisinopril,and urinary kininogenase exerted a synergistic antihypertensive effect.Conclusion Within previous 72 h and subsequent 24 h of urinary kininogenase medication,the combination with ACEI drugs should be avoided,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypotension.
