摘　　要：目的探讨北方地区现代女性近几年来的人工流产年龄变化情况,为了解女性健康意识提供参考资料。方法对本院2014年1月至2018年12月间收治的6750例人工流产患者作为研究对象,逐年统计每位人工流产患者的年龄、孕周、胎次、婚姻状况等方面,用SPSS16.0 for Windows进行统计分析比较。结果20142018年间,北方某市女性的人工流产平均年龄一直上升,从2014年的29.64岁升高到2018年的30.84岁;5年间,20岁及以下的女性人工流产占总人工流产比例均在5%左右,最小年龄从2014年的16岁到下降至2018年的13岁。结论近5年来,北方地区女性人工流产的平均年龄呈现逐年增大的趋势,20岁及以下的女性人工流产的低龄化虽然比例较小,但有向低龄化发展态势。Objective To analyze the trend on age of induced abortion women in north China,2014-2018,and to provide the data for understanding of female reproductive health awareness.Method 6750 induced abortion women in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected,and the data was analyzed with SPSS16.0 for windows.Results The age of induced abortion women was increasing year by year.The average age of induced abortion women was increasing from 29.64 years old in 2014 to 30.84 years old in 2018.The younger rate of induced abortion was at low level,the proportion of induced abortion women below 20 years old was about 5%.The lowest age was down from 16 years old in 2014 to 13 years old in 2018.Conclusion The age of induced abortion women in north China is increasing year by year.The induced abortion women are younger in recent year.
