摘  要:目的探讨对心肌缺血患者应用动态心电图诊断的监测效果.方法80例疑似心肌缺血患者,分别采用常规心电图和动态心电图诊断.对比不同诊断方式的诊断准确率、特异度、灵敏度.结果80例疑似患者中60例确诊为心肌缺血.动态心电图误诊2例,漏诊2例,诊断准确率为95.0%(76/80);常规心电图误诊16例,漏诊20例,诊断准确率为55.0%(44/80).动态心电图诊断准确率高于常规心电图,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).动态心电图的诊断特异度、灵敏度分别为90.0%、96.7%,均高于常规心电图的20.0%、66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于心肌缺血患者,采取动态心电图进行诊断,可及时有效的监测出心肌缺血病症,提高检测的准确率及灵敏度,有较高临床应用价值.Objective To discuss the monitoring effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of patients with myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 80 cases of suspected myocardial ischemia were diagnosed by routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram respectively.The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of different diagnostic methods was compared.Results There were 60 confirmed myocardial ischemia in 80 suspected cases.There was 2 misdiagnosed cases and 2 missed cases by dynamic electrocardiogram,with diagnostic accuracy as 95.0%(76/80);there was 16 misdiagnosed cases and 20 missed cases by routine electrocardiogram,with diagnostic accuracy as 55.0%(44/80).The diagnostic accuracy of dynamic electrocardiogram was higher than that of routine electrocardiogram,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of dynamic electrocardiogram were 90.0% and 96.7% respectively,which were higher than those of routine electrocardiogram by 20.0% and 66.7%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with myocardial ischemia,dynamic electrocardiogram can timely and effectively monitor myocardial ischemia disease,improve the accuracy and sensitivity of detection,and has high clinical application value.
