儿咳糖浆联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察儿咳糖浆联合孟鲁司特钠用于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床治疗效果,并分析药物作用机制.方法218例小儿CVA患儿,采用随机数字表法分为甲组和乙组,每组109例.两组患儿均给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,乙组在此基础上联合儿咳糖浆治疗.比较两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后炎症因子水平.结果治疗1个月后,乙组治疗总有效率为94.5%,高于甲组的77.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患儿白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,两组患儿IL-13、IgE、EOS水平低于本组治疗前,且乙组均低于甲组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).停药后,不良反应自行消退,未影响临床疗效.结论儿咳糖浆联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿CVA,疗效确切,过程相对安全可靠,值得推广.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erke syrup combined with montelukast sodium on cough variant asthma(CVA)in children,and analyze the mechanism of drug action.Methods A total of 218 CVA children were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 109 cases in each group.Both groups was treated by montelukast sodium,and group B was also treated by Erke syrup.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 94.5%in group B,which was higher than 77.1%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of interleukin-13(IL-13),immunoglobulin E(IGE)and eosinophil(EOS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of IL-13,IgE and EOS in the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and group B was lower than group A.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After drug withdrawal,the adverse reactions subsided without affecting the clinical effect.Conclusion Erke syrup combined with montelukast sodium shows affirmative efficacy in the treatment of CVA in children,and the process is relatively safe and reliable.It is worth promoting.
