美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果.方法60例冠心病心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和分析组,各30例.参照组患者选择常规治疗,分析组患者在参照组基础上增加美托洛尔和曲美他嗪治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效及左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、6 min步行距离.结果分析组LVEF(49.7±3.2)%、LVEDD(54.2±3.5)mm、LVESD(35.4±2.0)mm、6 min步行距离(320.5±85.7)m均优于参照组的(45.2±3.0)%、(57.5±3.4)mm、(39.5±2.4)mm、(279.8±70.8)m,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).分析组患者总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于参照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪方案应用在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中,疗效显著,使患者的心功能得到改善,是值得推荐的一种联合疗法.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into control group and analysis group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the analysis group received metoprolol and trimetazidine for treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and 6 min walking distance was compared between the two groups.Results The LVEF(49.7±3.2)%,LVEDD(54.2±3.5)mm,LVESD(35.4±2.0)mm and 6 min walking distance(320.5±85.7)m in the analysis group was better than(45.2±3.0)%,(57.5±3.4)mm,(39.5±2.4)mm and(279.8±70.8)m in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the analysis group,which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol and trimetazidine shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure,and it can improve the cardiac function of patients.It is a recommended combination therapy.
