摘　　要：列举EPC总承包项目结算及审计阶段的常见问题,分析问题形成的原因,探讨相关问题的解决方法,包括完善法律法规、重视合同约定并严守合同、合同执行过程中遇到分歧及时沟通协商、合理确定合同价格等。This paper also discuss and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems,including improving the relevant law and regulations,paying high attention to specific contract terms arrangement and execute the contract strictly,communicating in time when dispute arise in performing the contract,calculating the lump sum contract price scientifically etc.
