摘  要:目的:研究超声提取夜来香多糖的工艺。方法:通过单因素实验和L9(34)正交实验,分析提取温度、料液比和提取时间对夜来香根茎多糖得率的影响。结果:夜来香多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度60℃,提取时间35 min,料液比1:40 g·mL-1。结论:采用超声法提取得率高,操作简单,可用于夜来香根茎中多糖的提取.Objective:To study on ultrasonic extraction technology of rhizome polysaccharide from Cestrum noctumum L.Methods:The effects of extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid and extraction time on the yield of rhizome polysaccharide from Cestrum noctumum L were analyzed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide were as follows:the extraction temperature was 60℃,the extraction time was 35 minutes and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:40 g·mL-1.Conclusions:The ultrasonic method has the advantages of high extraction rate and simple operation,and can be used for the extraction of rhizome polysaccharides from Cestrum noctumum L.
