摘　　要：肝硬化患者随着病程进展,往往易并发肾损伤,严重者可致肝肾综合征,患者有着较高的死亡率。实时动态评估肝硬化患者肾损害情况,对协助临床及时调整治疗方案,预防肝肾综合征的发生有重要的作用。本文就目前超声成像评估肝硬化患者肾血流、肾组织弹性等肾脏声像图改变研究进行综述。Renal injury is a common and serious complication in cirrhosis,and in particular hepatorenal syndrome(HRS),remains to be a severe complication with high mortality.Therefore it is very prudent to identify renal injury in time by sensitive methods so that appropriate measures to prevent HRS can be taken.In this paper,the research progress of ultrasonography in the evaluation of renal blood flow and renal elasticity is reviewed.
