摘 要:为研究高水泥剂量对水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层的力学性能、干缩及温缩特性的影响,通过5种水泥剂量成型水泥稳定碎石试件,分别进行无侧限抗压强度试验、抗折试验,同时对不同水泥剂量的水泥稳定碎石30 d内的干缩特性进行观测,在5种环境温度变化条件下测试其温缩特性。结果表明,水泥掺量的增多能够显著提升水泥稳定碎石的抗压和抗弯拉强度,加剧水泥稳定碎石的干缩和温缩。5~15℃环境下水泥稳定碎石的温缩系数最小。考虑到强度提升效果以及干缩、温缩特性,研究结果推荐:在适宜的施工及养护温度(5~15℃)下,高水泥剂量稳定碎石的适宜水泥用量可控制在9.5%左右。In order to study the effect of high cement dosage on the mechanical properties,dry shrinkage&temperature shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam semi-rigid base,unconfined compressive strength test and bending resistance test are carried out by forming cement stabilized macadam samples with five cement dosage,and the dry shrinkage characteristics of cement stabilized macadam with different cement dosage within 30 days are observed,and under five environmental temperature change conditions,its temperature shrinkage characteristics are tested.The results show that the increase of cement content can significantly improve the compressive&flexural tensile strength of cement stabilized macadam,and increase the dry shrinkage&temperature shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam.The temperature shrinkage coefficient of cement stabilized macadam is the smallest in 5~15℃.Considering the strength improvement effect and the characteristics of dry shrinkage&temperature shrinkage,the research results recommend that under the suitable construction and maintenance temperature(5~15℃),the appropriate cement content of high cement dosage stabilized macadam can be controlled at about 9.5%.
